I look like a mouth-breathing moron. I feel like roadkill, and I actually sort of envy the real thing because at least they're unaware of their misery. Had a very rough night, couldn't stop coughing, couldn't breathe, couldn't sleep.
I'm pretty much sticking inside the camping trailer today because JDub has rented the cat and he's doing some earth-moving out there and I've been keeping a close eye on the animals (who are all intimidated enough by that big noisy machine to stay well clear of it, except when JDub turns it off to take a break then the dogs immediately fly out there to greet him and sniff the Big Beastie. Bailey even climbed inside the bucket to check it out). But once it roars to life again, they're back inside the trailer in a flash. Also, while it's mostly sunny, it's very
breezy windy out there and you wouldn't believe the DUST (stirred up by the Beastie and then intensified by the wind. Gah). JDub took some "before" pictures and the "after" pictures should be soon to come. I'll wait to post both for comparison. He's been at this all day, with a mid-day break when his folks came by with their Sheltie (who rubbed gentle noses with Mojo), so I imagine he's beat (missed his nap) and filthy (many layers of dust). He should be pretty close to wrapping things up, but he may as well make as much use of this contraption as he can for the duration he has it.
I've been resisting taking naps (I've tried a couple but couldn't sleep anyway) because I just don't want the time to go by any faster than it already is. Being miserable with this cold here is still much better than being miserable with it at work. And Monday's coming much too quickly.
Sharing the love...

[Note to Helen: Did you ever think that day two weeks ago when you brought this hissing/spitting baby kitty and his brothers with those squealing wiener dogs going apeshit that it would result in this?]
